Santa Monica Realtor's Bio

Simon Salloom was born in Nashville Tennessee and brought up in New England. He holds a degree in Fine Art and Architectural History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he graduated summa cum laude. From an early age, he was involved in his family's real estate business playing an integral part in their investment and development projects.

Simon's real estate expertise is focused on the Westside communities of Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey and the Pacific Palisades as well as Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and surrounding areas.

His enthusiasm for the real estate business and the fiduciary responsibility he feels towards his clients has helped him to create a strong local presence. His appreciation for the communities, natural beauty and lifestyle of the areas he serves makes working with him a pleasure for home buyers and sellers alike. Passionately committed to strive for excellence in everything he does, Simon makes sure that every real estate experience his clients have is a positive one.

Simon's success is demonstrated by his membership in Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite; this places him in the top 3% of Coldwell Banker agents / Realtors nationwide. He ranks in the top 3 real estate agents for the number of properties sold in his flagship 130 agent Brentwood Court office where he is consistenly ranked in the top ten agents for dollar volume of sales.

Simon donates a percentage of his net sales commissions to number of charities on an annual basis.
