This neighborhood is found south of Wilshire Blvd to Pico Boulevard. It is an excellent location and tends to be a good deal less expensive than North of Wilshire. Some people like to be North of Santa Monica Boulevard, to be closer to the Promenade, Montana and Wilshire. Other people like to be South of Santa Monica Boulevard because it is a little more "out of the way" of things and a little less expensive than the properties North of Santa Monica.
