It exists North of Wilshire Blvd. and South of Montana Avenue all the way east to Franklin Street. It is the most desirable condominium neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles, and has the highest price per square foot for multi-residential
housing. It is generally walking distance to the 3rd Street Promenade, Montana Avenue and the Ocean. It is also a member of the Roosevelt School District (west of 16th Street) and the Franklin School District
(east of 16th Street), two of the more desirable elementary schools on the westside.
